How long will it take to get my order?For closets in stock melamine colors: our lead fluctuates between 2-4 weeks*. If your client chooses a non-stock color, please allow an extra week lead time. If you have an order you need rushed, please contact us about our Rush Order schedule. One Week Rush Orders incur a 20% overtime fee. Two Day Rush Orders (5 parts or less) incur a 30% overtime fee. For custom RTA cabinets in stock melamine colors: our current lead time is 3-4 weeks. If your client chooses a non-stock color, please allow for a 6 week lead time.** For 5 Piece doors and drawer faces: please allow a 4-6 week lead time. *Please note: our lead time fluctuates with the calendar year with end of summer and holidays being the busiest seasons. Please contact us about current lead times. **Cabinets are available in Wilsonart and Formica laminates for an additional fee. Assembled cabinets are available for an additional fee.

Do you deliver?Yes! There is a $195.00 fee* per truckload to deliver locally within a 30 mile radius, and a $295.00 fee* to deliver between 31-50 miles of our Warwick, NY warehouse**. A $50 per half hour fee will be assessed for every half hour our delivery driver has to wait. *Long Island, NYC, the Boroughs, and closer NJ shore points within 50 miles incur a delivery fee of $325.00. Deliveries to these locations between 51-100 miles of our Warwick, NY warehouse incur a delivery fee of $425.00. **Delivery does not include unloading. Someone must be present to unload or an additional fee of $150. per bin will be assessed and will only be done to garage level/ no stairs where our truck can back up to. For a NYC/borough delivery, we will not unload, you must have someone present. If no one is present, we will have to return your order to our warehouse and a second delivery plus a second fee will be assessed.

Can I email or call in my order?No. All orders must be placed within our online ordering system. If you need assistance the first few times you are placing your order, please feel free to call us at 845.324.8952 during our regular business hours and someone will be more than happy to walk you through how to place your first order.

Do I need design software to order?We do recommend ClosetPro Software. It aligns with our automated ordering system making the process pretty seamless from design to order to completion. But if you do not want to implement a design software, you can hand enter your order from your own designs. If you need assistance from one of our design experts there is a fee of $150 per hour.

What are your business hours for picking up my order?At our Warwick, NY warehouse, we are open Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm for picking up orders. That address is: 9-B Kavalec Lane Warwick, NY 10990.

Can I get a custom order?Yes! We have been in business for 30 years. Custom is what sets us apart. If you don't see something on our website, from a special color to a special project, it doesn't mean it's not available, we just can't fit everything we offer into our ordering system. How do I pay for my order?All orders are paid by credit card/check when your order is placed. If you would like to pay at pick-up/delivery, only cash payment will be accepted.

What if I ordered an incorrect part?We know how important your clients are to you and we will do our best to manufacture a new part for you to pick up within 24 hours.

What if I receive a damaged/incorrectly manufactured part?We inspect every part leaving our warehouse, but on the rare occasion there is a part that we manufactured incorrectly or we damaged, we will have a replacement part delivered to you within 24 hours at no cost.
